Cancellation Policy
NoShow /Cancellation
A little heads-up goes a long way! Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps me keeps things running smoothly.Failure to contact before appointment to cancel is considered a no show.No call No shows are 50% of appointment .
- Missed the 24-hour window? There's a small 50% fee, just to protect the time slot you are reserving.
Failure to pay will ban you from booking.
Late policy:
We request you come in early, or on time, as our appointments are scheduled by service time and back to back! Grace Period is 10min and Late Fee of $5 will be applied .You have 5 min before fee is applied and that will go to next client to discount them because of the inconvenience.This applies to ALL CLIENTS.
For Those Extra Special Appointments ( 1+ Hours) :
- Bookings over an hour are a big deal! We ask for a 50% deposit to secure these longer slots. If plans change without a 24-hour notice, the deposit is non-refundable, ensuring I’m compensated for the reserved time.
